This was so crispy and crunchy. The sauce added that tangy kick.

Chicken fried pork belly drizzled with mint jelly sauce

Beef  empanadas
Reminds me of a Jamaican beef patty. A nice flaky exterior with a savory meaty interior.

Carnival Cravings Sample Menu #4: Diet Free and Deep Fried

P.W. is at it again. I give you sample menu #4, carnival style! This eleven course meal reminded my sister and me of good ol' Southern fair food. Each item had its own unique flavor, was appealing to the eyes, and delicious for the stomach. Without further hesitate, here we go!

Fried PB&J: Try this crunchy and sweet twist on your normal PB&J.

Southern Comfort Bubble Tea: A tangy choice to wash down the delicious delights.

3 Cheese nachos with avocado cream cheese dip and homemade tortilla chips:
One word...CHEESY!

Bacon wrapped red onion rings with sweet & spicy chili sauce: Move over blooming onions there's a new flavor in town and it's bacon!

Corn doggies cheese sausage and bratwurst: A classical with some Korean flair.

Carnival cravings sample menu #4: Sweet Treats

So rich and so creamy. I couldn't get enough!
Ice cream sandwich made with homemade butter cookies, lemon zest vanilla ice, flour-less cookie dough and topped with a Hershey chocolate shell.

Let's go down to Louisiana to taste this sweet treat!
A delicious beignet with a dark chocolate milky way center.

A carnival favorite for the finale!
Funnel cake with salty caramel topped with coffee liquor chocolate sauce.

Buttermilk burger bliss

Crisp and crunch is what's for brunch

Just a hint of green tea

I loved this recipe! Not only are the vegetables and eggs used in this from the local farmers market, but it also takes two of my favorites mixed together. After visiting the Boseong tea plantation, P.W. bought green tea infused noodles. He combined these noodles with regular one in this soup. I enjoyed this because it was just enough to fill me up. The duck breast was grilled with just your basic seasonings. Didn't want the duck to overpower the broth, which was a chicken/ramen mixture.

Chili & Waffles

Rice mix

Creamy & Twisted

Salmon on the sand with a tequila splash

So here we have a simple dish.
What you'll need:
2 Salmon cutlets pre cooked or freshly made
1 freshly chopped cumber
About 10 chives cut into small pieces
1 cup of orzo pasta
1 can of cream sauce
Cheese to taste

I enjoyed this dish because of how simple it was. It was an "anyone can make" so maybe I'll try it out one day. He used precooked breaded cheesy salmon cutlets. With the light crisp and salty taste added with the creamy from the pasta, the flavors popped.
