Deconstruction

For one of the first nights of tasting his cooking,
he created a deconstructed lobster roll with a plate 
of homemade potato wedges and a bowl of homemade pineapple sorbet.

The blending of red onions, lobster, and cream sauce
left a taste of desire. The best thing about this dish
was that the lobster was not overpowering. A very filling and pleasant dish.

Capture the Cuisines

I started this blog to capture the food creations made by an aspiring chef. His dishes are unique and what makes him different is that he NEVER makes the same dish twice. Everyday it is a different recipe. The presentations of the food are vibrant, eye catching, and mouth watering. When dining on his food, you wished you had a second stomach. Food that brings tears to the eyes.
