Deconstruction

For one of the first nights of tasting his cooking,
he created a deconstructed lobster roll with a plate 
of homemade potato wedges and a bowl of homemade pineapple sorbet.

The blending of red onions, lobster, and cream sauce
left a taste of desire. The best thing about this dish
was that the lobster was not overpowering. A very filling and pleasant dish.
