Ramen pizza:  prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sharp cheddar, green olives, and topped with radish leaves baked on a ramen crust

Drinks: lychee, elderberry, blackcurrant smoothie with a splash cognac
Soup: cheddar cream of corn soup with radish.

Yaba Daba Scallops

Scallops fit for royalty or a caveman. A very simple recipe. 
Fresh scallops since in the shell. Seasoned with roasted garlic, pesto/mayo, salt and pepper, topped with bread crumbs. Baked at 400 degrees for ten minutes. 
A delicious flavorful piece of heaven. Yaba Daba Delicious!

I'm stuffed

For the cook, this was a frustrating dinner to make. He spent quite a while trying to make it perfect. Here we go.
Cannelloni with sweet potato 
He cooked the Cannelloni between 5 to 10 minutes. Here was the difficult part, picking them up without breaking them. This part takes time and patience. Remember not to get frustrated and stay calm. 
Okay, so before you cook the shells, making the filling. He used sweet potato but any filling will do.
He mixed the sweet potatoes with his special seasonings then purée.
