I'm stuffed

For the cook, this was a frustrating dinner to make. He spent quite a while trying to make it perfect. Here we go.
Cannelloni with sweet potato 
He cooked the Cannelloni between 5 to 10 minutes. Here was the difficult part, picking them up without breaking them. This part takes time and patience. Remember not to get frustrated and stay calm. 
Okay, so before you cook the shells, making the filling. He used sweet potato but any filling will do.
He mixed the sweet potatoes with his special seasonings then purée.
