That's a Spicy Sausage!
A taste of Italy. I loved this dish because of the different types of pastas that were added. When the homemade garlic bread was dipped into the sauce it was rich creamy yet spicy explosion of flavor.

Sample Menu #1: Dessert
I would like to say that my friend and I enjoyed every moment of this sample menu. The chef took ingredients and created courses simple, complex, and visually appealing. So on to the last part of the menu, the desserts.
The last dessert and final course of this sample menu were homemade, frozen, fruit pops. there were two flavors: triple berry and strawberry pineapple. A healthy finish to a great menu.
The first dessert was a one spoonful of crunchy sweet bliss. Frozen granola bars with homemade caramel.
Afterwards, we started to slow down. The second to last dish was a tofu dessert with cinnamon and agave syrup.

Sample Menu #1: Main Course
Now let's move onto the main courses:
First we had smoked duck breast with sauteed vegetables. All of which was served on homemade wraps.

Next we had a simple beef stir fry with lettuce wraps. I loved this dish because of the colors. The vegetables were fresh and from the surrounding farms. For a little kick, add hoisin sauce. :)
The next sampler was good to the bone, literally. BBQ baby back ribs served on top of garlic mash potatoes with homemade pineapple bbq sauce on the side.
After the ribs we were served Kimchi fried rice topped with scrambled eggs.

Sample Menu #1: Appetizers
So the next three blogs will feature the courses of a sample menu. He developed every dish in his own unique way. Here we go. Let's start with the Appetizers.
Next up was were the Vietnamese grilled chicken spring rolls. Now, I love the look of the spring rolls. I enjoy that I view what is inside of it. The texture of the roll makes it feel like it could fall apart at any time but it does not.

The last apps were lobster infused cous cous kimbap. Now if you love kimbap, you'll love this. It is a one shot kind of app. Just a little pop in the mouth and you are ready for the main course.

Blueberry Bread Pudding
A very simple and delicious recipe. It can be made by any level of cook and the portion size is up to you.
All you need are three ingredients: blueberries, day old croissants, and granola

Seafood Soup
I loved this soup. It was so much fun to eat. At first I was like this has a lot going on for a soup but then I realized that is what makes it fun.
This soup had bits of crab, celery, red onions, white mushrooms, shitati mushrooms, and Korean sea snails.
The soup was topped with crushed seaweed. Seafood broth, made from chicken stock, was added to blend everything together.
I enjoyed this dish because it was my first time tasting Korean snail. It was quite an experience.
